What Their Non-Verbal Cues Mean

psych-quotes:

What Their Non-Verbal Cues Mean

Whether your partner openly declares their love for you or is the silent type, you can figure out what they really feel by de-coding their non-verbal cues. Their gestures and body language can reveal everything you’ve every wanted to know about their true feelings:

·        Subtle touching: Consider yourself lucky if you have a partner that is always finding little ways to touch you when you’re together. Holding hands, touching your arm, putting their hand on your leg when you’re sitting together, etc. are all ways that indicate that they are happy to be with you. Touching you is their way of keeping you close and showing that they want to be near you.

·        Eye contact: If your partner makes great eye contact and looks deeply into your eyes when you’re speaking it means that they are truly interested in getting to know the real you. Looking intently at someone when they’re talking means that they are taking in every word and are probing deeper to understand what’s inside.

·        Avoiding eye contact: If your partner avoids making meaningful eye contact with you then they are likely hiding something. It could be that they are lying or being dishonest about something, or they might not be as into the relationship as you are.

cats that have faces like this with the colors split down the middle means that there were two cats in the mummy cats womb that merged together in the early stages of fertilization.

This is a very real thing.  It’s called a chimera.
It can happen to horses, mice, cats, and even humans.

Wow.

what if someone wrote a book and the plot was basically amazing and the characters were awesome and at the end of the book, you’re dying to know what happens, all you see is a ripped page and the author actually did it on purpose and you’ll never know what happens because all the other published copies are like that too

she isn’t like any other baleen whale. unlike all whales, she doesn’t have friends. she doesn’t have a family. she doesn’t belong to any tribe, pack or gang. she doesn’t have a lover. she never had one. her songs come in groups of two to six calls, lasting for five to six seconds each. but her voice is unlike any other baleen whale. it is unique—while the rest of her kind communicate between 12 and 25hz, she sings at 51.75hz. you see, that’s precisely the problem. no other whales can hear her. every one of her desperate calls to communicate remains unanswered. each cry ignored. and with every lonely song, she becomes sadder and more frustrated, her notes going deeper in despair as the years go by.
